2006 Zone 2 Driver's Education At VIR

$245 instructors (instructors receive lunch tickets)

Sign Up: Registration Opens JANUARY 16th online at www.driverregistration.com or via mail (applications may NOT be postmarked prior to Jan 16th). 

Please note that registration is PCA MEMBERS ONLY until Feb 1st (this does not apply to instructors) at which time other marques may register.  Non-PCA student/solo drivers that disobey and register online before Feb 1st will be assessed a $25 fee and disqualified from the event.  If you have a question about registration please contact Rebecca Morgan (Registrar) at rebecca@girlwerk.com.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 31 days prior to the event: Full Refund
Cancellation 30 to 22 days prior to the event: Half Refund
Cancellation 21 days prior to the event: NO REFUND

Social: We will be providing dinner at the track Saturday night. Details to follow but this cost is included in your Drivers registration fee. This covers every REGISTERED DRIVER. If you have a guest they are welcome to join in on the party but we are charged per head by the caterer. Therefore we will ask that you pay at DE check-in $10.00 for every guest including children that you wish to participate in the dinner. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter!
Hotels/Camping:

Please note that the NASCAR race at Martinsville is the same weekend as this event.  Rooms in Danville are at a premium!  To that end, camping will be available at VIR.  Camping Fees are as follows:

Zone 2 Camping Fees (payable at registration to receive parking permit):
$75 for RV/Motorcoaches
$40 for tents

In addition to the Zone 2 Camping Fees there are also VIR Camping Fees.

VIR Camping Fees:
Each RV, motorcoach or tent will be charged $35 to camp for the entire weekend. That includes electricity. Those not camping but using electricity will be charged $20 for the weekend. Those fees are collected by VIR at arrival at the Front Gate.

Although no rooms are committed to us there are at least 10 available at a rate of 159.00 per night plus 15.00 resort fee plus tax as of this writing.

Also a private Bed and Breakfast is available 1 1/2 miles from the track. Its available to be rented by a friendly group of 10 people who don't mind sharing facilities! Call Sandy Marshall at VIR lodge for details 434-822-2680.
